Y'all tin can use other sauces depending on what you lot are making
for example:
meatballs- cranberry sauce
shepherds pie/meat loaf - bbq sauce
I make burgers with bbq sauce mixed into the meat.
At that place are other meat sauces like worcestershire that people like to use with basis beef.

It also depends how you serve it - tacos, meatballs, burgers, shepherds pie, etc.
are you lot looking for sauces that go with ground beef or ideas of how to serve ground beefiness in different ways?

Tacos
Meat pie / barakas.
If a side or starter, meat & chummos.

"I can't believe it's not treif" stroganoff!

Sautee ground beef with sliced onions and mushrooms.
When cooked, add a few tablespoons of flour and stir until all the lumps are gone.
Add a container of Tofutti "Amend than Sour Cream", some garlic powder, salt and pepper.
If information technology'southward too thick, add some beef stock. A dash of paprika is nice if you take it.

Serve over broad egg noodles.

This is 1 of DH's favorite meals. Yous can make it way in advance and freeze it, and just cook up the noodles at the final minute. Information technology tastes even better the next twenty-four hours, or defrosted. This is fabulous comfort food, warm and filling. It works really well for Succot dinners.

Just a note - if you're eliminating tomatoes bec. of aversions, the BBQ meatloaf is succulent, but if it'southward because of allergies, most (or at to the lowest degree my) BBQ sauce has tomato juice.

Have you tried looking in natural food stores, or ordering it online? I wonder if there'south a recipe somewhere out in that location where yous can brand mock sour cream with tofu? (You tin get tofu, correct?)

I guess I'm actually spoiled, living in America.

We tin only go firm tofu and I'yard guessing one would need silken tofu to make sour cream. Oh, well. Food isn't everything in life, right?

We tin but become house tofu and I'chiliad guessing one would need silken tofu to brand sour cream. Oh, well. Food isn't everything in life, right?

1 (10 1/2 ounce) box silken business firm tofu
1 tablespoon oil
2 teaspoons lemon juice
two teaspoons apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon artificial sweetener/carbohydrate
ane/2 teaspoon table salt

Alloy, blend, blend.

I'd give information technology a try with firm tofu, adding some almond milk for added moisture. How bad could it be?

I used to LOVE beef stroganoff then I really want to brand this...but I'm non such a fan of tofutti products. Whatever inkling whether or not pareve plain (aka not sweetened or flavored) greek yogurt would exercise well? I'1000 guessing yeah, considering greek yogurt is a common "healthy" substitute for sour cream, but I'1000 worried it wouldn't have the correct tang for stroganoff!

Perhaps I'll just try it out and study back Wink

you can actually make a meat sauce using a packet of brown gravy mix - in lieu of the tomatoe sauce ... still skilful over pasta - peculiarly if you're allergic to tomatoes
